Q)  Is it expected of me to tip?

A) Although always appreciated, tipping is not expected. Referrals to loved ones goes a lot further. 

Q) Why are the studio sessions shorter? 

A) The rooms are booked by the hour so I need to give time to do a proper intake before the session as well as give time for the client to redress after the session. 

Q) What is your Cancelation Policy? 

A) Please try to give 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. 

Q) What is your No Call/No Show Policy? 

A) I understand emergencies and illnesses come up but repeated no shows will result in a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking the appointment.
